Common questions
How much does it cost?+
Monday through Friday is $250, Saturday is $500, and Sunday is $350. Each price is the flat rate for that whole day. There is no hourly charge on top.
What hours do we get?+
Monday through Saturday run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Sunday starts at 12:30 PM and still ends at 10:00 PM. Guests and decor need to be out by 10:00 PM.
How does the deposit work?+
A 50% booking deposit holds the date and applies toward the flat rate. It is not an extra security deposit. The rest is due before the event. Seeing a day open on the calendar does not reserve it. The date is held once we confirm it and the deposit is paid.
What is included?+
Full-day access, tables and chairs (eleven folding tables: nine 6-foot rectangular and two 4-foot rounds), the greenery backdrop wall, a catering room with a compact fridge and microwave, Apple HomePod, guest Wi-Fi, a door code on event day, and free on-site parking.
How many guests can the space hold?+
Up to 45 guests total, including children and vendors, in about 1,400 square feet.
Can we bring our own food and cake?+
Bring your own food, cake, and caterer.
Is there a kitchen?+
There’s a catering room with counter space, a compact fridge and a microwave. It isn’t a commercial kitchen.
Can we decorate?+
Yes. Use Command strips only. No glitter or confetti. You have the venue for the full booked day, so setup is not cut short by an hourly window.
Is the space private?+
Yes. One booking has the space for that day. There is no staffed lobby. You receive a door code, Wi-Fi, and parking notes on event day.
